Our Appellation Oysters brand won seven coveted Sydney Royal medals in the Aquaculture competition:

We're very excited to have been awarded the second and third highest scoring oysters in the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Oyster Competition for our Merimbula and Shoalhaven bistro sized oysters.
Last year, our Appellation Oyster Merimbula Bistro won the coveted Champion Sydney Rock Oyster trophy. Congratulations to Tathra Oysters for taking out the trophy this year.
