Our Sourcing and Supply Reach

We operate seven oyster farms located in NSW, and we source from independent farmers across 23 NSW estuaries as well as from Tasmania, Western Australia and South Australia. We're excited to be expanding our presence across Australia and into Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands.
