Corporate

Founded in 2013 to improve industry standards, today we’re Australia’s largest farmer of Sydney Rock Oysters and largest processor of food grade Rock and Pacific oysters. We’re committed to sustainable practices and being Australia’s leading oyster custodians ensuring the highest standards from farm to fork. With seven fully integrated farms along the NSW coastline and sourcing from more than 40 independent NSW farmers as well as from oyster farms in Tasmania and South Australia, we offer a consistent supply of Rock and Pacific oysters year-round.

From working directly with farmers, as well as farming ourselves, to building relationships with wholesalers and retailers including chefs who serve our oysters at our country’s finest restaurants and everyone in between, we are passionate about supplying the best possible oysters to the Australian market and beyond.

As a vertically integrated business, we ensure the highest standards from farm to fork, responsible for growing, procuring, grading, marketing and selling oysters.

Oysters have many reasons to be celebrated, from their environmentally friendly benefits as one of the most sustainable farming industries in the world, to their impressive health benefits, rich nutrients and vitamins and bringing people together over food - to their amazing merroir, flavour diversity and culinary experience.

Message from the CEO

Devin Watson

From the moment I joined Australia’s Oyster Coast, I knew that the products and places we farm were absolutely special, and it is why we view ourselves as Custodians.

My vision is to see our company lead the industry for sustainable production by harnessing the innovation and ingenuity of our people. As we continue to transform the way we work, our investment in our people remains a priority to our long term success.

Our growth story is interconnected with the opportunities and growth of our people, customers and suppliers, and we hope to continue to celebrate those wins for many years.
